Definitely do not recommend. Positive: Not much! Location for our needs was the only thing to like. Negative: Almost everything! The ‘cleaner’ was supposed to come & help us with our bags as the lift was out of action, instead, we were offered alternate accommodation….not convenient to our needs. We tried to find it, got lost so returned. The unit is furnished with the cheapest of everything. Chipped & odd plates an example. Nothing was clean. Finger marks all over flat surfaces, dust over all surfaces. No plug for bathroom sink. No mattress cover. Could not open locked windows, even tho it was very hot in the bedrooms. One small towel rail in the bathroom, big enough for one towel. No hand towel, so used lge one. No fire escape instructions. The air conditioners didn’t work as they were SO disgustingly chocked up. I removed all filters. Luckily we only had to stay one night. This unit is definitely probably the worst place I have had the misfortune to have booked.

Clean and suited our needs perfectly

Great location, lots of mould in the bathroom. Positive: Location was excellent for mountain biking at Mt Stromlo. Negative: The bathroom was not clean, the shower had mould all over including the roof and the whole floor looked dirty. If I hadn’t been mountain biking all day, I would bot have stepped foot in that shower.

Positive: Found easy

Clean spacious comfortable and affordable for a family on a low income. However it was advertised as suitable for a family with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the towels were poor quality and not even a bath mat provided the kitchen was adequate just yet fair from fully equipped. As we have a very low budget we came prepared to cook our own meals yet there were not enough plates for a family of four or basic things like an oven mitt.
